Terms & Conditions – Discover Events

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and participants of Discover Events (the “Event”), operated by Wrapped Creations Pty Ltd (“the Organiser”).

By purchasing a ticket, registering, or participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Event Details

The Organiser reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Event program, speakers, schedule, or format at any time

  • Change the Event venue or delivery format if required

  • Postpone or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances

All updates will be communicated via email and/or the Event website.

3. Ticketing & Registration

3.1 Ticket Purchase

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated

  • Tickets are issued to the named attendee and are non-transferable without approval

  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if ticket terms are breached

3.2 Pricing

  • Ticket prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable

  • Early bird and promotional pricing is subject to availability and time limits

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Attendee Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind or inability to attend

  • Ticket transfers may be permitted at the Organiser’s discretion if requested in writing prior to the Event

4.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the Event is cancelled or postponed by the Organiser:

  • Tickets may be transferred to a new date; or

  • A refund or credit may be issued at the Organiser’s discretion

The Organiser is not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g. travel or accommodation).

5. Exhibitors & Sponsors

5.1 Participation

  • All sponsorship and exhibitor packages are subject to a separate agreement

  • Payment terms must be met in full to secure participation

5.2 Delivery of Benefits

  • The Organiser will use reasonable efforts to deliver all agreed benefits

  • Benefits may be adjusted due to operational requirements or event changes

5.3 Conduct

  • Exhibitors and sponsors must act professionally and respectfully

  • The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • Behave professionally and respectfully at all times

  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour

  • Follow all venue rules and safety requirements

The Organiser reserves the right to remove any individual without refund if these standards are not met.

7. Photography & Media

By attending the Event, you consent to:

  • Being photographed, filmed, or recorded

  • The use of this content by the Organiser for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes

If you do not wish to be included, you must notify the Organiser in writing prior to the Event.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from attendance at the Event

  • Participants attend at their own risk

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal injury

  • Loss or damage of personal property

  • Travel or accommodation disruptions

9. Force Majeure

The Organiser is not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health events

  • Industrial disputes

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will be used for:

  • Event management and communication

  • Event-related marketing (unless opted out)

Information will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All Event content, materials, branding, and presentations remain the property of the Organiser or respective speakers.

Participants may not:

  • Record sessions without permission

  • Reproduce or distribute content for commercial purposes

12. Amendments

The Organiser reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will be published on the Event website and takes effect immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
